By accessing and using VisaReadyNow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software. The Service is provided to assist you in formatting biometric photographs to standard government requirements.

2. Description of Service

VisaReadyNow provides an automated, Artificial Intelligence-driven software platform that analyzes, crops, and replaces the backgrounds of user-uploaded photographs to meet International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards for passports and visas. All outputs are generated algorithmically unless the "Expert Human Review" service is explicitly purchased.

3. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

VisaReadyNow is a privately owned technology utility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Department of State, the UK Home Office, establishing Schengen states, or any other government agency. The ultimate decision to accept or reject a travel document application lies solely with the issuing government authority.

4. User Upload Responsibilities

While our AI is highly advanced at correcting backgrounds and dimensional crops, it cannot fix severe user-end errors. You agree to upload source imagery that adheres to basic common sense guidelines:

• Do not wear glasses or head coverings unless for strict religious purposes.
• Ensure the photograph is recent (taken within the last 6 months).
• Ensure your facial expression is strictly neutral (no smiling).

5. Intellectual Property

The proprietary algorithms, codebases, site design, and UI underlying VisaReadyNow are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise unlawfully duplicate our services. The output photo generated remains your property.
