1. Introduction

VisaReadyNow ("we," "our," or "us") is deeply committed to protecting your privacy and security. Because our core service involves the processing of biometric data (facial photographs), we operate on a strict data-minimization philosophy. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect, how it is algorithmically processed to generate your compliant visa photo, and how rapidly it is purged from our infrastructure.

2. Data We Collect and Why

• Photographic Images: When you upload a photo to the VisaReadyNow Studio, we collect that image file for the sole purpose of analyzing it against International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards and applying necessary geometric or background modifications.
• Email Addresses (Optional): If you request an Expert Human Review or wish to have your print-ready A4 sheet emailed to you, we collect your email address purely for transactional delivery.
• Payment Information: We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

3. Data Retention and 24-Hour Purge Policy

We do not build databases of our users' faces. It is our strict policy to automatically permanently delete both your original upload and the AI-corrected output photo from our servers within twenty-four (24) hours of the transaction.

If an Expert Human Review is selected, the photo is securely accessed by our trained specialists, corrected, delivered to you, and similarly purged thereafter.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or biometric data to outside parties under any circumstances. Non-personally identifiable visitor routing information (such as anonymized Cloudflare networking logs) may be used for security purposes.

5. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you explicitly have the right to request immediate deletion of your data before the 24-hour automatic purge executes. However, because our systems are ephemeral by design, your data is overwhelmingly likely to have already been destroyed by the time such a request is processed.
